FanSEA™ is ALC's new umbrella brand — a platform designed to bring the same craftsmanship and market savvy that defined our early success into a new generation of premium seafood products.

The FanSEA™ brand launches with FanSEA™ Shrimp, a premium line of breaded shrimp available in three bold, distinctive flavors — including the show-stopping Tortilla Lime Chipotle. Crafted with Vannamei shrimp, perfectly coated and frozen fresh, FanSEA™ Shrimp delivers exceptional flavor that's as ready for the fryer as it is for the spotlight.

FanSEA™ is just the beginning. Additional product lines are in development, each carrying the quality and innovation that ALC has built its reputation on. And with Louisiana Blues™ Wild Blue Catfish now part of the portfolio, Turner sees the full picture coming together: "The line gives buyers a premium American-sourced option that supports origin-driven merchandising and menu storytelling without adding cost pressure."

Our Products

A La Carté Specialty Foods offers creative and consistent value-added seafood products. We select the finest seafood, spices, and seasonings to create sauces, entrées, and sides. Since 2003, ALC has created and marketed over 12 different ready-to-heat-and-eat products.

Our current products include Homestyle Breaded Oysters, FanSEA™ Breaded Shrimp in three unique flavors, Wild American Catfish sourced from Louisiana freshwater systems (coming soon), Whole Cooked Crawfish, Crawfish Tail Meat, Crawfish Poppers, Seafood Poppers, and Wild Caught Domestic Shrimp. Our products are sold nationally through major retail stores, food service distributors, and restaurants.
